Isis: A good 24 hours

30 05 2010

of fair winds and sun. No sight of Diana, Juno or Minerva. Big Ocean and yet to see a ship since Horta.

Morning broke with dolphins and pilot whale along side. Compensation enough for a 3am to 6am watch.

Seasickness now gone for all.

Everybody well and in good spirits. 1,000 miles to the Portsmouth party and re-learning to walk on motionless ground.

Love from everyone on board

The reason you cant see the other boats is that you appear to be in the lead and are looking ahead instead of behind…which is a good thing, surely?!
Special ‘hello’ to AT. Cant believe you have stepped so far out of your comfort zone!! Keep up the good work.

Yes; they talk about finding one’s “sea” legs. After all that time at sea, of couse one has to find one’s land legs.
I am glad the sea sickness has gone. Having been a sufferer myself of “Mal de mer” I am glad for you all. There is nothing worse, it makes one want to die.
God speed to Portsmouth. We follow you twice daily.
Love Iain’s Mum & David.
